Searching For a Mortgage Refinancing Calculator
My wife and I have worked really hard to keep our credit rating good in the midst of all the financial trouble that seems to be everywhere. We are seriously thinking about refinancing our current mortgage so we can take advantage of the extremely low rates that are available right now. Our rate is currently 9.3% and I am certain we can do better than that. I want to find a mortgage refinancing calculator so I can see what would happen to the payment if we were to go with a fifteen year mortgage. I am not sure that we can afford the payment, but I would like to find out.
