Interval Training – A Great Fat Loss Exercise Routine
I have heard that interval training is a very effective fat loss exercise routine, so I decided to give it a try. It really tires me out, so I think I am getting a good workout. I have even lost some weight after only a week. I am hoping the weight loss keeps up and that I get better at the interval training so that I can do it for longer and get better results. I really want to lose the extra weight I have been carrying around, so I am hoping that I can stick with this routine long enough to do so.
