The Body’s pH Levels

According to Dr. Robert Young, author of the health diet book, the ph miracle, our bodies can be healthy when they have reached balanced pH levels.  Because pH levels change frequently and are subject to fluctuation due to the things we eat, drink, or do, our bodies need to maintain a balanced pH level in order to achieve maximum health and avoid being underweight or overweight.

 

The pH levels of the body also determine if diseases can come into our bodies or not and also influences the amount of energy we have every day.  Foods high in acidity do the most damage to a balanced pH level.
