What is Facilities Management Services?

The care of a commercial or institutional such as hotels, schools, and offices are done by facilities management services. Their primary function is to oversee the needs of the existing tenants of the facility that they are managing. They provide services such as taking care of the electricity, air conditioning, and plumbing. They may also provide housekeeping, landscaping, and security services.   In addition the facilities management services oversees the janitorial duties of a facility.  The duties of the janitorial staff would be to make sure that the facility is clean, sanitized, and environmentally safe. One of the main factors in keep the facility clean and sanitized would be the removal of all waste and hazardous materials.
