Probate estate settlement in Chicago was a nightmare

My uncle Charlie died last May the 11th. When he named my brother the executor of his estate me and my two sisters were very nervous. My younger brother has a reputation on not paying attention to details. I have had some experience with probate estate work; as I was named the executor for my dad’s estate. Well, things with my uncle Charlie’s estate got messed up faster than any of us could have thought. My brother refused to pay creditors of the estate and didn’t even pay the property taxes or income taxes. In 3 months, he created such a terrible mess we had to insist that he get a Chicago probate attorney involved to help fix the mistakes.
